Promote the adoption of industry standards in academic software, and facilitate code review, collaboration and reuse.

Promote reproducibility and efficiency across differing computational environments and use cases.

Benchmark Datasets

Promote the consistent performance across scanner manufacturers, sequence types, species, and participant demographics.

Terminology Standards

Promote clear, consistent, and efficient communication both in publications and across data analysis packages.

Documentation

Promote effective training and faithful adoption of tools in both with and without interaction with developers.

Benchmark Performance Evaluations

Promote efficiency of tools for common usecases across computing environments and allocated resources.
